LumiFi collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and financial account data connected through Plaid. We also collect usage data to improve our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our financial management services, generate personalized insights, and communicate with you about your account.
We encrypt sensitive financial data at rest and in transit. Bank credentials are never stored on our servers — we use Plaid's secure infrastructure for bank connections.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate LumiFi (e.g., Plaid for bank connections, analytics providers).
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us.
